Nouveau Riche...Get Ready

After having retired from my previous career as an IBM financials programmer, my current investment vehicles are purchasing real estate, preferably beachfront properties combined with manipulating the stock market using my knowledge of the technology sector. Both are areas I’m very familiar with and feel comfortable with, although I am constantly looking for new and innovative opportunities on the internet.
